Ministries of First Christian Church We encourage all of our members to be actively involved in the life of the church. We offer the following ministries at First Christian Church:            Evangelism This is the ministry of "Co-mission." God's Word instructs us to go out and win souls to Jesus Christ, since we are all ministers of that Word. This involves going into homes, developing relationships, Christian service and sharing the plan of salvation according to Scripture.           Prayer Ministry This is the foundational ministry of the church, for if each program is not under girded with prayer, then God is not in it. We pray in all our services and studies, and we also have a prayer chain that operates in times of emergency.           Women's Ministry This ministry includes Ladies Circle, retreats, special meetings and future programs to build up the women of the church.            Men's Ministry This ministry features quarterly fellowship gatherings, area retreats and other future programs to aid in the spiritual growth of our men.            Youth Ministry This ministry includes youth group, outings, camp, and conventions. Future planning to reach out more effectively to area youth is in the works
